Laughlin leads the North Norfolk Bull Bash
MacGregor, Manitoba - The inaugural BRC event for the Municipality of North Norfolk Bull Bash presented by Trouw Nitrition, a Tutreco Company was a huge success!
The stands were packed with fans who were there to see the cowboys in action - and they got what they came for. Steve Maddison (Carman, MB) took the win in the first round with an 82 point ride on Seven Cross Rodeo's Spotted Fever.
Other rides in Round One included Brady Smith (Melville, SK) with a score of 80.5 on Harder Bucking Bulls' Stone Bender, and Wyatt Laughlin (Lundbreck, AB) on Muddy View Bucking Bulls' Breakdown for 79 points.
In the Purpus Vodka Championship Round, Wyatt Laughlin would take on Lazy S Bucking Bulls' Brindle Bob for the win with a deserving 86.5 marked ride. This, combined with his third place ride from Round One would see Wyatt as the only Cowboy to ride two bulls to the horn and give him a total score of 165.5.
Laughlin left MacGregor with $3,128.00 in his pocket and 760 points toward the BRC National Standings brought to you by Nelson Homes.
We are already looking forward to the 2nd annual Bull Bash in MacGregor, Manitoba!
