The Boys are Back

Meadow Lake, Saskatchewan - Following a reign of victory for the Bulls at a few events, the Meadow Lake Bull A Rama put an end to that. The boys brought the title back and wowed the crowd with ten qualified rides!

Eight of those rides would be in the long round of action with Marcos Gloria (Central de Minas, Brazil), Cody Coverchuk (Meadow Lake, SK), and Shay Marks (Sunnybrook, AB) all with a score of 82.5 points leaving the three of them tied for 1st. The bulls they rode were Foley Bucking Bulls' Tri Bit's Chuckin Knucks, Wild Hoggs Bucking Bulls' Solid 3, and Wild Hoggs Bucking Bulls' Shock Rock respectively.

The ties would continue in the Purpus Vodka Championship Round with Shay Marks going two for two on Thompson Rodeo's Chiseled in Stone, and Logan Beiver (Claresholm, AB) also making his second qualified ride of the night on Wild Hoggs Bucking Bulls' Can't Catch Me - both of these Cowboys received a score of 84.5 from the Judges.

Marks would take the lead in the average with 167 on two, with Beiver following as a close second with 165.5. Shay is now $3,434.00 to the good and taking those 770 points to the BRC Standings brought to you by Nelson Homes, he now sits second overall.
